Ring is an illustration from the first day of the Inktober 2019 that was themed « ring ».

The Inktober is an annual event that takes place every October and offers artists a calendar with a different theme each day to develop their creativity and boost their productivity.

This event was created in 2009 by Jake Parker.

The hand comes from a model I imported and edited on Blender 2.80 then added procedural textures. The knitted woollen clothing has been modelled and then textured also in procedural as well as the ring and its ornaments. I rendered it with Cycles from the Renderfarm SheepIt. The whole thing was then retouched on Affinity Photo.
